 The Astor wing & Castle both provide a unique, yet beautiful wedding venue for the most grand of weddings! Each area is beautifully decorated in an elegant Regal style, not a comment that any venue decorator ever wants to admin but both areas are each stunning in their own way. However, both areas can be subtlety enhanced with delicate finishing touches that complement the venues decor perfectly.

Working with a strong colour pallet?

Covering the chairs can certainly be a good idea within these areas. The chairs have a tapestry pattern that can certainly clash with  a range colours and themes so by doing this, helps give your venue more of a blank canvas to work with. 

The Moat restaurant is used for evening parties following a wedding in the Astor wing and Castle. The space is a busy café by day however with a little help from us can be transformed into a wonderful evening wedding venue in no time.

By adding our ever so popular choice of ceiling draping in the Moat and our stunning white wall draping, it really completes the the venues look, ready for any evening reception. Enhance the look even more by illuminating the draping with LED uplighters to create lovely colour washed walls in any colour.

The Loggia is the beautiful outside ceremony area which overlooks the sunning views of the lake. This is most definitely a beautiful area within Hever Castle to get married and will certainly impress your guests.

If you get married in the Loggia, then your wedding breakfast will be held in the Pavilion Restaurant. This space is a café during the day but lends itself perfectly to wedding receptions in the afternoon. Our key recommended decoration advise in this area are. Having a white star light curtain to cover the café shutters and service area. This will block out the one piece of the room that looks like a café that otherwise can’t be hidden during use. By using the star light curtain we can also create a hidden area which can be used as a cloak room area for your guests to use.

Our popular other style recommendations are having the 11 internal pillars around the room dressed in beautiful warm fairy lights or foliage garlands. This look can be followed on outside where we are able to offer our beautiful fairy lights on the tall giant pillars around the patio area. This gives a perfect magical feel during the evenings where your guest might light to spend some of their time.
